Other conditions:

• Maximum 4 persons total, maximum 2 persons per room.

• Throwing parties and causing nuisance to the neighbors is not permitted.

• Receiving guests is only allowed in consultation.

• No pets.

• No children under 12 years old.

• The water and electricity meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure. The actual costs for this will be charged.

• The deposit will be refunded after your stay, minus any damage that is not caused by normal use and the actual costs for the use of electricity and water.

• If you cancel earlier than 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total amount excluding deposit will be charged. After that, 100% will be charged. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance for this.

• You must clean the barbecue yourself after use (if you fail to do so, €35 will be deducted from the deposit).
