Arrival and departure

There are no fixed arrival or departure days. On departure we kindly request you leave the villa no later than 1 PM to allow us the opportunity to clean the villa for the next visitor.

Damage to villa or objects

Damage to the villa or its contents are charged at actual repair or replacement costs.

Cancellation

If you cancel after confirmation of your reservation for any reason, you will be required to pay the full rental price. We advise the purchase of cancellation insurance when making your reservation.

Smoking

On Curaçao people live outside. Smoking outside is no problem. Smoking indoors is prohibited.

Included in the rental price

Cleaning duing your stay, clean linen, towels, dish towels, use of wireless internet, use of the Jacuzzi.

Not included in the rental price

• The usage of electricity and water. The meters will be checked at arrival and departure.
• Cleaning at the end of your visit
• Outgoing telephone calls.
